TO ALL CLIENTS AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS:
This is to give you notice that Laxmi Penupothula, REALTOR®, operating under Intero Real Estate Services, may refer you to one or more providers of real estate settlement services in connection with the purchase or sale of residential real estate. These services may include but are not limited to:

- Title insurance and title search services
- Escrow services
- Home inspection services
- Homeowner’s insurance
- Home warranty services
- Moving and relocation services
- Home staging and preparation services
- Photography and marketing services

1. NATURE OF BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
Current Affiliated Arrangements: At this time, Laxmi Penupothula, REALTOR®, does not hold any ownership interest in, nor receive any direct financial compensation, kickback, or fee-splitting arrangement from, any third-party service providers to whom referrals may be made. All referrals are made in good faith based solely on the provider’s professional reputation, quality of service, and the agent’s personal experience working with them.
If This Changes: In the event that any affiliated business arrangement is established in the future, a separate written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement will be provided to you at or before the time of referral, as required by RESPA.
2. YOUR RIGHT TO CHOOSE
YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED to use any settlement service provider referred or recommended by Laxmi Penupothula, REALTOR®, or Intero Real Estate Services as a condition of purchasing, selling, financing a property, or receiving real estate representation services from us.
There are frequently other settlement service providers available with similar services. You are free to shop for and select any providers of your choice.
3. ESTIMATE OF CHARGES
Because we do not currently hold ownership interests in any referred settlement service providers, we are not in a position to provide a precise estimate of charges from those providers. Always request a written Good Faith Estimate or Loan Estimate from any settlement service provider before committing to their services.
